DFX Powerball products are fully warranted to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, even after extended use, we will repair or replace the product without charge, at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage(s) caused by accident, improper use, negligence, normal wear and tear, or acts of vandalism.
This warranty also does not cover unauthorized attempt at disassembly of the DFX product, nor does it cover any similar products sold by other distributors of DFX Sports & Fitness. Damages not covered under warranty will be repaired for a reasonable rate.
A return authorization, or RA, number must be obtained from DFX Customer Service at 800.480.8084, and a copy of the original sales receipt must accompany the returned merchandize for warranty evaluation. DFX Sports & Fitness will not accept warranty returns without a copy of the original sales receipt. For warranty evaluation, your DFX Powerball must be returned directly to DFX Sports & Fitness ATTN: Sales Department, 1144 N. Grove st Anaheim CA 92806. All shipping for Warranty claims must be pre-paid and insured. DFX Sports & Fitness cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages.
